Sort the list by gateway
Every shipper gets tagged by the gateway it uses: the airport, PortMiami or Port Everglades. That tag decides the opener, the lanes we mention and which of your people takes the meeting.
Shippers around Miami International Airport, PortMiami and Port Everglades get pitched by brokers constantly. We find the ones ready to talk and put that meeting on your calendar.

Few US metros move freight the way South Florida does. Miami International Airport ranked first among US airports for international freight in 2025 and handled 3,405,322 U.S. tons in total, 2,889,025 of it international. On the water, PortMiami moved 1,115,058 TEUs in FY2025, and Port Everglades reported a preliminary 1,167,552 TEUs for the same year.
The freight has a shape. Air cargo importers and exporters sit in Doral on the west side of the airport, where Hellmann Worldwide Logistics runs its US head office and Martinair Americas is based. Ocean freight runs through PortMiami on Biscayne Bay and through Port Everglades, which straddles Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Dania Beach. A shipper near one gateway thinks about lanes very differently from a shipper near another, and your opener has to match.
Then there is the competition. County Business Patterns counts 1,430 freight transportation arrangement establishments in the metro, which covers forwarders and brokers, plus 3,050 trucking companies and 402 warehousing firms. Every logistics manager in Doral has a stack of voicemails from people offering better rates. Price alone does not get a callback.
What does get a callback is a call that sounds like you know their freight: which gateway they use, which lanes they run, and what changed lately. Big local employers set the tempo too. American Airlines and Amazon are among the largest employers in Miami-Dade, and the cruise lines at PortMiami carried 8,564,225 passengers in FY2025, which keeps a long chain of suppliers moving goods through the region.
We work that market from Nigeria during Eastern business hours, so your list gets called while shipping desks are staffed.

Doral and the streets west of Miami International Airport for air cargo importers, the shippers that use PortMiami for containers, and the Port Everglades area across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Dania Beach for ocean freight and petroleum.

Doral managers hang up on rate pitches because they hear several a day. We open with a lane or a mode they actually run and ask one question about it.
We ask for the logistics manager by name and give a short reason tied to their freight. If dispatch picks up, we ask who signs the forwarder contract and when it renews.
Before a meeting lands on your calendar we confirm volume, timing and who signs. If the renewal is months out, we log the date in your CRM and call back before it.
Before Trifecta, Sylvia made high-volume calls to US business owners and got past gatekeepers to hit daily booking targets, the same work it takes to reach a Doral logistics manager through a busy front desk.

Sylvia worked the phones for a US services firm, calling business owners and decision makers directly. The job was to get past the front desk, introduce the service, qualify interest and book the appointment for the sales team, while logging every outcome and follow-up. She consistently hit daily and weekly booking targets.

Mostly shippers, because that is where freight firms usually need meetings. If you are a broker building carrier capacity, we can run a separate list of trucking companies, and the metro has 3,050 of them.
Yes. We tag each shipper by gateway and mode, so air cargo importers near the airport get a different script from container shippers using PortMiami or Port Everglades. Your weekly report shows bookings for each.
Not if the call sounds like every other rate pitch. They will if the first sentence names a lane they run and a reason to talk now. We test openers early and keep the ones that get conversations.
Our partners are based in Nigeria and call during Eastern business hours. We have no office or staff in Miami, and we say who we are and who we are calling for on every call.
We log the date and the reason in your CRM and call back before then. In freight, a lot of meetings come from the follow-up, not the first call.
