Split industrial from office
A fab project manager and a downtown property manager want different proof. We build a Taylor and SH 130 list and a separate office list, each with its own opener.
Austin is building fabs, factories and office towers at the same time. We call the GCs, owners and property teams who hand out that work, and book your estimator in before the bid closes.

Austin has two giant industrial jobs running on opposite sides of town, plus an office pipeline that keeps tenant crews busy downtown.
Northeast, in Taylor, Samsung is building a semiconductor fab with an initial minimum investment of $17 billion. Samsung says that construction supported 8,868 direct jobs and 9,768 indirect jobs in 2024. That is on top of the $18 billion it has already put into its Austin fab since 1996. Fab work runs for years, and it needs electrical, mechanical, civil, concrete and site services packages at every stage.
East, off SH 130 in Del Valle, Tesla runs Giga Texas at 13101 Tesla Road, where it builds the Model Y and Cybertruck and keeps its corporate headquarters. A plant that size never stops needing maintenance, expansions and tenant work from the suppliers around it.
Then the offices. Transwestern counted 2,931,166 square feet of office under construction across the metro in Q3 2025, inside a market of 112,683,552 square feet. With direct vacancy at 14.6%, landlords at the Domain, downtown and along Research Boulevard have every reason to fund build-outs and upgrades to win tenants. Every lease signed is a tenant finish job someone bids.
That much work draws a crowd. County Business Patterns lists 6,153 construction establishments in the Austin metro. The big GCs have their sub lists. The mid-size electrical or drywall firm in Round Rock or San Marcos usually gets on them one way: someone calls the preconstruction manager before the next bid package goes out.
Most owners know this and still do not prospect, because they are running jobs. We do it for you. Our partners call from Nigeria on Central hours, reach the people who award the work and book the walk-through on your calendar.

Industrial work out east along SH 130 and northeast in Taylor; office and tenant work downtown, at the Domain and along Research Boulevard; owner-run firms and GCs in Round Rock, Georgetown and San Marcos.

We reach preconstruction teams at the GCs working Austin's big jobs and ask what bids are coming up. That gets your firm on the invite list instead of chasing it after.
Fab and plant work usually needs safety records, insurance and paperwork before any bid. We find out what each GC asks for, so you do not drive out to Taylor for a meeting you cannot win.
Each contact, call and walk-through date goes into your CRM. Your weekly report shows which GCs and owners are warm and which bids are coming due.
Before Trifecta, Cynthia set appointments at 300+ outbound calls a day for a California AI company, and that pace is what it takes to work through 6,153 Austin construction firms and the owners who hire them.

Cynthia spent more than two years as an appointment setter for a California AI company, working a high-volume phone desk: 300+ outbound calls a day, qualifying each lead against what the company offered, handling objections and booking the meeting. Safiya and Sylvia also worked on that company’s outbound team.

Trifecta is a new agency. These are the partners’ own past roles, shared with their permission and without naming the employer. See the full track record.
We cannot hand you a contract. We can reach the GCs and project managers who buy packages on those jobs and ask how they add subs. Your safety record, insurance and price still win or lose it.
Often yes. Smaller firms win by being known to a handful of GCs and property managers, and that starts with a call. We keep the list tight to the jobs your crew can handle.
No. We only call businesses: GCs, developers, property managers and facilities teams. Homeowner leads stay with your own marketing.
No. We qualify on scope, timing and who approves vendors before anything books. You choose how many walk-throughs a week your team can take, and we pace calls to match.
Nigeria. Our three partners shift their day so Austin prospects hear from them during Central business hours, often early, before superintendents head out to the site.
