Pick the lane you fill best
Light industrial, hospitality, clerical or healthcare each need a different list and a different opener. We build the Orlando list around the roles your recruiters already fill fast.
We call operations managers, HR leads and site directors at Central Florida resorts, hospitals, distribution centers and contact centers, find out where they are short, and book the meeting with your account manager.

Orlando's biggest employers do not run nine to five. Walt Disney World Resort employs 80,000 people and Universal Orlando Resort 32,084. AdventHealth has 40,000 and Orlando Health 28,806. Parks, hotels and hospitals staff around the clock, seven days a week, and the gaps show up fast.
The warehouse side runs on shifts too. The Kroger Distribution Center in Groveland employs 1,430 people. McLane/Suneast in Kissimmee has 1,270. Sysco runs out of Ocoee, and Amazon, UPS, FedEx and DHL all rank among the region's leading logistics employers. Those sites need pickers, drivers and forklift operators, and they need them before the next peak.
Then there are the desks. Chase Card Services has 1,800 people here, Truist 2,610, and Lake Mary holds operations for Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Concentrix. Contact centers and back offices hire in waves, which is when a staffing partner gets the call.
The labor pool is large but tight. The metro labor force is 1,532,150 with unemployment at 4.6% in August 2026. Hiring managers know they cannot fill every role off a job board.
That is why the competition is heavy. County Business Patterns counts 294 temporary help firms and 97 employment placement agencies in the metro. Most of them chase the same handful of logos. The opening is in the mid-size employers, the 18,782 local firms with 10 or more staff, where a site manager can sign a rate sheet without a national RFP. Getting to that manager before the agency down the road does is a phone job.

A site posting the same picker or front desk role for weeks is a site that is struggling. We open with that, not with a pitch about your agency.
Before booking, we find out how many people, which shifts, the start date and who approves the agency spend. Your account manager walks in with that already in the CRM.
Warehouse and hotel managers are easiest to reach between shift changes. Our team calls from Nigeria during Eastern business hours and times the dials around those windows.
Before Trifecta, Safiya turned marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads at a US business-services firm, the same sorting it takes to separate an Orlando manager with open roles from one who is just curious.

At a US business-services firm, Safiya sat between marketing and sales. Inbound marketing leads came in; she called them, qualified them on need and fit, and passed only sales-ready leads, with notes, to the sales reps. The rest were logged and nurtured.

We will not promise that. Employers that size usually run formal vendor programs. We focus on the mid-size hotels, distribution sites, contact centers and clinics around them, where a site manager can say yes.
No. We work the client side only: hiring managers, operations leads and HR. Your recruiters keep the candidate relationships.
Distribution and warehouse managers in Ocoee, Kissimmee and Groveland often answer directly. Hotel HR teams and Lake Mary operations floors usually sit behind a gatekeeper, so we plan for two or three touches.
We do not quote bill rates or markups. We qualify the need and book the meeting. Your account manager handles pricing and terms.
Yes. Tell us which you want more of. Temp leads come from shift-heavy sites, while direct hire often comes from Lake Mary and Maitland offices hiring supervisors, analysts and nurses.
