Pick a niche, then a district
We start with the class your agency writes best, such as trucking, contractors or professional firms. Then we pull the list where that class clusters, like Harbor Gateway for fleets.
We call business owners and CFOs across LA and Orange County for independent agencies and brokerages, find out when their policies renew, and book the review meeting with your producer.

Insurance runs deep in this metro. Farmers Insurance has its corporate headquarters at 6301 Owensmouth Ave in Woodland Hills. Pacific Life is headquartered down the coast in Newport Beach. Wells Fargo, Bank of America and City National Bank all have thousands of people in LA County.
Then there is the agency side. County Business Patterns counts 5,786 insurance agency and brokerage establishments in the metro, and BLS counts 14,680 insurance sales agents. Every one of them wants the same mid-size accounts.
The good news is the size of the prize. The metro has 411,949 business establishments, and 92,650 of them have 10 or more employees. Those are the firms that carry real property, liability, auto and workers' comp programs, and that are worth a producer's afternoon.
The accounts look different by district. Around the ports, 8,285 trucking firms need auto liability and cargo cover, and they renew every year. Across the metro, 25,486 construction establishments buy general liability and bonds, often in a hurry when a bid comes up. Downtown and in Century City, law and accounting firms care about professional liability and cyber. In the Irvine Spectrum, software, biotech and medical device firms ask harder questions about coverage limits.
Most of those owners are happy with their broker right up until renewal. The agency that wins is the one that asked for the renewal date months ago and called back on time. That is a calling job, and it is the one producers skip when they are busy servicing accounts.
On cost: the median insurance sales agent here earns $76,870 a year and the mean is $95,480, per BLS. Paying a producer that to dial for appointments is expensive. We do the dialing from Nigeria on Pacific hours, so your producers only show up for the meeting.

The first call aims for one fact: when the policy renews. That date goes into your CRM with a reminder set months ahead.
Ahead of renewal we call again and book a coverage review with your producer. The owner already knows who we are, so the call is warm.
We check headcount, lines carried, current carrier and who makes the call. Your producer walks in knowing whether it is a small BOP or a full program.
Before Trifecta, Safiya turned marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads at a US business-services firm, the same job as turning an LA owner's renewal date into a booked review.

At a US business-services firm, Safiya sat between marketing and sales. Inbound marketing leads came in; she called them, qualified them on need and fit, and passed only sales-ready leads, with notes, to the sales reps. The rest were logged and nurtured.

No. We are not licensed agents and never discuss coverage terms or price. We set the meeting and capture facts like renewal date, carrier and headcount. Your licensed producer does the rest.
Yes. Old quotes are often the fastest win. We call them back, check if the renewal date has moved, and book a fresh review where it makes sense.
Owner-run firms, like trucking companies near the ports and contractors in the Valley, often pick up themselves. Professional firms in Century City and Downtown have assistants, so we work those with email and LinkedIn alongside calls.
We log every call in your CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or Zoho. If your agency system is separate, we agree on a simple handoff in week one so producers see each meeting with notes.
